Everything was great and met the demands. The breakfast was included. My room with a malfunctioned TV, belcony, for instance was functional, had good night's sleep. Next to a mosque and a museum, overall the location was good and fantastic. It was about 20 km from the airport.

What a very charming hotel. It is small, friendly and very special. The building is delightful; our room was spacious and tasteful. The staff were friendly without the usual obsequiousness. Nearby streets were full of that Penang character which has earned it a Heritage status. The lunch was most enjoyable.

Property was stylish, with very attentive staff and magnificent location near tourist attractions. I loved the room in a satisfactory condition, the bed was big. Had breakfast in the cafe. Location: the hotel was right by temples and museums and lebuh kimberley, shopping center and the street art, restaurants and the bathroom is newly renovated.
